User Agreement and Service Terms for Filipino Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a jilip account, accessing our website, or using any of our services, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using jilip services and close your account if one has been created.

jilip reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting to the jilip website. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of jilip services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to create a jilip account or use any of our gaming services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. jilip reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend or terminate accounts that fail to provide satisfactory verification.

2.2 Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

jilip operates under a valid license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Our services are intended exclusively for users physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of account registration and gameplay. You represent and warrant that:

• You are physically located in the Philippines when using jilip services;
• Online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction of residence;
• You are not prohibited by law from participating in online gambling activities;
• You are not accessing jilip services from a restricted territory;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To create a jilip account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification;
• Valid email address;
• Registered Philippine mobile phone number;
• Date of birth;
• Residential address within the Philippines;
• Secure password meeting jilip's security requirements.

You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each user is permitted only one (1) jilip account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited. jilip reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void associated bets and winnings, and confiscate any funds in duplicate accounts without notice.

3. Account Verification and Know Your Customer (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws, jilip is required to verify the identity of all users. You agree to provide requested documentation to complete the KYC verification process, which may include:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine driver's license, passport, UMID, or national ID);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the last three months);
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document;
• Additional documentation as requested by jilip's compliance team.

jilip reserves the right to request verification documents at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

jilip accepts deposits via the following methods available to Philippine users:

• GCash (minimum ₱100);
• PayMaya (minimum ₱100);
• Philippine bank transfer including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank (minimum ₱500);
• Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum) subject to market rates and availability.

All deposits are credited instantly to your jilip account balance upon successful payment confirmation. jilip does not charge fees for deposits, though third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawal Requirements

Withdrawals are processed using the same payment method used for deposits unless otherwise approved by jilip. To request a withdrawal:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed);
• You must have met all applicable wagering requirements for bonuses or promotions;
• Withdrawal requests must meet minimum thresholds (₱500 for e-wallets, ₱1,000 for bank transfers);
• You must provide valid payment account information matching your registered name.

Standard withdrawal processing times are:

• GCash/PayMaya: 10 minutes to 2 hours;
• Bank transfer: 1 to 3 business hours;
• Cryptocurrency: 30 minutes to 6 hours depending on blockchain confirmation times.

jilip reserves the right to delay or deny withdrawal requests pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

jilip maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in compliance with Philippine law. All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal is permitted. Suspicious transactions or patterns may be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 Fair Play

jilip is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment. All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and are regularly audited by independent third-party testing agencies. You agree to:

• Play fairly and in accordance with the rules of each game;
• Refrain from using automated betting software, bots, or collusion with other players;
• Not exploit technical glitches or errors for unfair advantage;
• Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive behavior.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or loopholes;
• Using VPN or proxy services to disguise your location;

5.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical failure, all affected bets and payouts are void. jilip will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues promptly and may offer affected players compensation at its sole discretion.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

jilip offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit matches, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including:

• Wagering requirements (typically 20x to 40x the bonus amount);
• Eligible games and contribution percentages;

jilip reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings, and close accounts if we determine that a player is abusing promotional offers through multiple accounts, collusion, arbitrage betting, or other irregular betting patterns.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jilip platform including software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, and data compilations is the exclusive property of jilip or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from jilip content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble jilip software;
• Use jilip trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission;
• Frame or link to jilip content without authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jilip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities;
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or errors;
• Unauthorized access to your account;
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures;
• Acts of God, government restrictions, or force majeure events.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of jilip services shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

10. Account Closure and Termination

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your jilip account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts with zero balance will be closed immediately; accounts with balances will be closed after successful withdrawal processing.

10.2 Involuntary Termination

jilip reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if we determine that you have:

• Violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Provided false or misleading information;
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Been subject to self-exclusion or responsible gaming restrictions.

Upon termination, jilip may forfeit your account balance if violations involve fraud, bonus abuse, or other misconduct as determined by jilip in its sole discretion.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding jilip services, you must first contact our customer support team within fourteen (14) days of the disputed event. We will investigate and respond to your complaint within thirty (30) days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may file a formal complaint with PAGCOR's Player Protection and Customer Relations Department. All disputes shall be governed by Philippine law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using jilip services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jilip regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
